How are items shipped and when?
Items are shipped via us postal service unless other arrangements are made, such as local pickup. Items are shipped out within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive an email providing you with the date of shipment so you will known when to epect your item.

What if there is a problem when I receive my item.
You must contact me within 2 days of receipt, via email, to alert me to the problem.

What happens if an item is damaged during shipping?
I am a member of the GPSA, Glass & Pottery Seller's Association, and I adhere to their packing suggestions. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, all effort will be made to obtain postal insurance reimbursement.
